The Pará state court overturned an injunction that previously prohibited a group of influencers investigated for a criminal scheme from promoting Fortune Tiger , known as Jogo do Tigrinho, on social media .
Digital influencers are being investigated in the “Master Prank” operation by the Pará Civil Police (PCPA) and, since the beginning of the investigations, in December of last year, they were prohibited from promoting gambling on social media.
The decision to overturn the injunction came from a favorable opinion from the Pará Public Prosecutor’s Office (MPPA). Despite the release for disclosure on social media, the investigations continue.
According to the Civil Police of Pará, the investigations into the cases are in the final phase and will be forwarded to the courts. The information is from G1 .
